Hey y'all

I just got back from camp on Friday, and it was a wicked good time! Because I'm lazy, and don't feel like describing everything that happened, you get the...

SUPER BULLETTED VERSION (yay!)

-The first thing you need to know was that this place was insanity. Half of the counselors were going to be freshmen in college, so they were about the same age as us. So, basically, next to none of the rules were enforced.

-Poker-Some kids brought chips (the good, heavy kind, not the crappy plastic ones) and played many games of Texas Hold-Em...for real money. So, I got my... (more)

"The 10 Days of Wanking"

Wow. Just...wow. Today, I found possibly the funniest site I've ever seen. It's Masterbateforpeace.com. Yes you read that right. Masterbate for peace. If any of you are cocking your heads (no pun intended) and saying, "What the fuck?" I'm just as confused as you are.

The site (there's no porn on it) seems to be dedicated to getting people to think about peace when they masterbate. There are collections of (semi) inspirational poems, bumper stickers, and even songs!!! Yes. Songs about masterbating for peace. They actually have quite a few of them, like "The 10 Days of Wanking" and "Jingle... (more)

Hello world! I'm back from Boy Scout camp, and (surprisingly) it was awesome. The merit badge work was annoying, but I got it done, and got all 4 badges that I took, which is cool. Now all I need is one more badge to fill my Eagle requirement! :-)

Highlights of Camp:

-Lighting shit on fire. I learned even more fun things to do with fire this year. One thing is that insect repellant gel is flammable, and believe it ir not, you can light it while it's on your skin, and it doesn't hurt. This lead to the "flaming finger", where you light the tip of your middle finger on fire and flip... (more)

I'm off to Boy scout camp. Yay. I get to spend a week in a camp in the middle of nowhere with all guys! If I were gay, that would be cool, but then again, the Boy Scouts probably would have kicked me out by now, so I wouldn't be going anyways. Anyway, I'm not too excited about going, since I'm going to be working on merit badges (and summer reading and AP Chem) all week. Doing AP chem in a tent. That should be interesting. I'm also annoyed that I'm going to miss all the fireworks of the DNC, but I'm bringing a radio, so I'll be able to catch up on it somewhat.

Speaking of AP Chem, I spent... (more)

It's Saturday! Yay! I think. Well, I survived my first week at Kaleidoscope. I'm getting paid next to nothing, but I made some money, so that's cool. Instead of relating my whole week to you, I'll just talk about Aibo. Now, my class in the afternoon was called Robots, in which hyper 5 year old boys complete highly complex robotic projects, like drawing pictures of robots, playing with RC cars, and watching me glue gun little wooden "robots" with random things (crayons, goldfish nets, tuning forks, etc.) attached to them via a complex system of rubber bands. Oh yea, and they played with legos.... (more)

Interesting day. It started off at about 6 this morning (ITS TOO DAMN EARLY!!!!) when I got up to go to my first day of Kaleidoscope (the camp where I work) for the year. Got there about 7:15 and popped popcorn for the next hour and a half, and then went to play with little kids. They're fun, but they get slightly old after a while. Did that basically all day. My class in the afternoon is wicked fun. The instructor's name is Mr. Biafore (bee-uh-four-ee), and he is hilarious. Just picture this big, thin Italian guy with a slight accent and a booming voice that repeats everything he says three... (more)

Yo

I keep procrastinating updating this thing, and I don't know why. Ah well. Last day of driver's ed today! Yay! Laura Lee rocks, for anyone who hasn't had her. It was funny, cuz towards the end, I actually enjoyed going to driver's ed. Granted, this was probably because we always got out 1/2 hour early and we (me, Alex, Andy, and Luke the announcer kid) played bullshit for about an hour of the 3-hour classes, but still...

I don't feel like transitioning eloquently between topics (not that I do that anyway), so I won't. I was just watching the William Hung (will hung...hmmm if he just... (more)

Good title isn't it? From BBYD...good times. Anyway, I'm actually updating! Yay! My life this week hasn't been that interesting, just driver's ed and Age of Mythology. Driver's ed is annoying, cuz the classes are 3 1/2 hours long, but Laura Lee (the cool teacher) lets us basically do nothing for most of class and lets us out 1/2 our early. After I get home, I usually play Age of Mythology for hours... its one of those ancient battle strategy games where you build stuff and armies and kill people. Quite fun. I'm getting going on my Eagle project which is annoying, but it'll be good to have it... (more)

Hey everyone! Well I can certainly keep promises, can't I? lol OK, well, this time, I won't promise anything, but I'll try to keep it up.

Soooo... lessee. School's out, but it seems like I have tons of work to do still. I only finished 6 out of the 10 questions on my english final, but Mr. Sanford gave me an 80, which gave me a 90 year average (THANK YOU MR. SANFORD!!!). I did pretty well on all my other ones. Model UN team is on hiatus (did I use that correctly?) at the moment because its summer. Spreaking of which, my fall lineup currently includes: Boy Scouts, jazz band (if I get in),...
Whaddya know? Another entry! Amazing! Its been a week, but w/e.

A few weeks ago we took a vision test in gym (why, I have yet to figure out), which I failed miserably, so the school started badgering me to get an eye exam. So, today I went to the optomotrist, and after we missed our appointment because we were late, and waited for a half-hour for a break, I got tho see the doctor. I found out that my old perscription was way too weak, and now I'm getting a new one thats 75% stronger. I also found out that all this time I've been driving, I've barely been legal (heh heh heh). Ah well. I'll... (more)
